Orders
Placing a reservation request through checkout does not charge your card. A concierge specialist will confirm sizing, pricing, and availability before any payment is taken.
Returns & Warranty
Unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All pieces include a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects and one complimentary resizing.
Pricing & Availability
Prices and availability are subject to change. Limited runs are sold on a first-come basis and, once sold out, are not guaranteed to be restocked.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hammer & Heirloom is registered.
